Where can i buy soy products???

Question

I want to know where i can buy soy products such as cereal, ice cream, drinks , and tea ect. any special stores that specialize in selling soys or somethin like that. i live in northern virginia

You can look up health food stores in your area to find the more exotic stuff. Wall Mart, or any large grocery store will carry: Tofu, soy milk, veggie burgers, veggie hot dogs, veggie sausage, etc.

BTW: You want to include other veggie protein in your diet also: nuts, peas, beens, seeds, and whole grains. Also some eggs and dairy if your lacto-ovo.

Vegetarianism has become much more popular in the last 20-30 years. Most supermarkets will carry a selection of tofu and soy fake-meat products. Check the frozen section for Rice Dream or other non-dairy icecream, the dairy section for soymilk, and usually the produce section for tofu and veggie burgers.
