  1. The full-length suits (to the ankles) I am familiar with are made for speed -- not for modesty. Therefore the pricing may be a little steep for your purpose:

  2. I am not too sure if you mean the racing suits being used (fastskins). Those are expensive and can be ordered through speedo, or swimming retailers that cater to the swim clubs.

    Scuba suits can be found in most deep sea stores.

    1. Find a competitive swimming store (hard)
