Where can i buy the 10030 lego imperial star destroyer without ordering it online?

eBay-but it will be expensive and of course it would be ordering it online. I believe this set is out of print, so unless you luck out at a flea market or yard sale, you may be waiting for awhile.

Not many places.  This item has been discontinued, so it's rather potluck at this point.  The only retailers who sell it are Lego's own retail stores.  These exist in a few scant cities here and there, and also Lego's theme parks.

Keep in mind, though, they may not actually have them in stock anymore, so be sure to call first.  Actually, in the US at least, the retails stores may still be able to order them for you and ship them either to your house or possibly to their store so that you can still pick it up at a retail location.  Be sure to ask about it, assuming you've got a Lego store near you.

Alternatively, the best way is online.  Apart from the obvious Lego site and Ebay, there's also http://www.bricklink.com/ which is similar to Ebay, except it's primarily sales (not auctions), and it's 100% dedicated to Lego items.

By the Lego company's own description, that is a 'Hard to Find' item.

I doubt that you will run across it at any physical stores.
