I live in Florida and I see them at all my Toys R Us. They have around 10 or so that they can't sell.. and they have also started to lower the price on them to $9.99.

I dunno how it is over in California, but all along the east coast they can be found at Toys R Us.. Wal-Mart, Target, they don't carry them anymore.
