i dont live there but they usually sell them at mexican stores and bakeries

I just make it. Or any Mexican store would be able to help you. Check bakeries. It's often used as a Mexican wedding cake so a bakery would be your best bet. If you have time to make it (i'm not sure they make ahead because it gets soggy) just make a white or yellow cake from a mix. Then mix equal parts regular milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Stab the cake all over with a fork and pour the milk over it. If you can do it on a wire rack then it will make it not as soggy. A really light, fluffy frosting would be best (in my opinion).
