  1. I would think any health food store or maybe herb store would have those ingredients.  Be cautious regarding the frequency of doing this type of cleanse.  If you don't follow it with yogurt or healty, raw milk you will be doing your body a great dis-service.

  2. Just what is it you intend to cleanse? The notion that our bodies contain mysterious toxins is a constant theme of quacks. Evidence-based medicine left the idea of periodic purges back in the 18th century.

Before you do yourself unnecessary damage, go to www.quackwatch.org and do a little reading on cleansing and detox.

  3. You can buy them at any regular supermarket (aka NOT WALMART).

  4. My mom introduced us to this many years ago. Even then all the ingredients were readily available at any grocery store. As the recipe has grown more popular, it has evolved a little. Originally it called for "pure maple syrup", regular lemons, regular cayenne pepper, uniodized sea-salt, and DISTILLED water. The herbal laxative was 'smooth move' herbal tea, available anywhere. As far as the Natural Herbal Tea, don't recall  anything about that cause all you drink is the mixture. FYI: the original called for fasting for a ten or more day period along with the cleansing plan. Has that been ommitted, or are they still recognizing that element? I wish I could give credit to the originator of this but I am unable to recall his name or the name of the book. PS when you say "optional ingredients", someone did inform you that you don't include these in the mixture right (nor the salt)? The herbal laxative is drank the night before and then you drink the gallon of warm distilled water and sea salt in the morning. Lemonaid mixture throughout the day instead of food.

  5. A store!
