You mean the one that looks like a bear got a little too curious and got its head stuck in your computer?  While there are a ton of photos on web pages, I've never seen anyone selling it.  

It wouldn't take much to make you own.  Get a flash drive and cut the head off a beanie baby and sew the flash drive into the stuffing.
