www.bookspotonline.com  Here's their website, you can either order online and they will deliver to you.  Or you can just go to the actual store on Rd 9 in Maadi.

there is only one shop i know of, its called DremTá (named after a Egyptian man) They have lots of stock of Napoleon Bonaparte, but they go fast, you can find this book store in the west of Egypt, other then that i don't quite have Persis information.
