  1. At the entrance of course, but also in the Tourist Information Center in Champs-Elysees where you can find all maps and detailed information about opening days and hours of each attraction.

  2. You should check out the websites :

    http://www.tour-eiffel.fr/teiffel/uk/pra...

    http://www.louvre.fr/llv/pratique/tarifs...

and you can buy a pass in advance online :

I doubt it you'll be able to buy anything at 6 am... everything is closed at that time.

  3. At the entrance to these attractions.

  4. Check with a real travel agent.  You probably don't need to buy tickets in advance for the Louvre, but it may be necessary to get them in advance if you want to go to the upper levels of the Eiffel Tower.  You may have to - in effect - purchase a tour of the Tower.

  5. You can purchase a Paris Museum Pass in 2, 4 or 6 day increments. They are 30, 45 and 60 euros respectively. Most museums are free if you are under 18. You can purchase it in advance on-line and many different websites or just wait until you arrive to save about $20 in shipping. They are available at CDG airport, all participating museums and monuments and also all tourist offices in Paris.

You are not able to purchase tickets for the Eiffel Tower in advance. It doesn't exist. You can only purchase tickets at the tower itself. Of course you can make reservations at one of the restaurants within the tower (to cut the line) or book a trip with an outside vendor (for quicker access through lines) but that is it.

Forgot to mention that the Museum Pass does not cover entrance fees to the Eiffel Tower.

  6. Buy them at the individual sites.  Does it matter what the cost is?  Either you go in or you don't.  But if you're travelling that far it seems silly not to pay for the privilege.  Give the Louvre about two weeks as it is gigantic.  The tower is worth a day.
