I live in Malaga and I deal with a company called Premier Tools, they stock Laser, Draper and their own brand Premier, they are a friendly bunch and speak English and Spanish, their website is in both languages also, use the flag they have top right hand corner to switch languages, all their tools are online and prices are listed, you can collect from their depoit in Coin or have them delivered anywhere in Spain

Large superstores like Leroy Merlin and most towns have great shops that seem to sell all most anything for DIY called  Ferreteria . Hope this is helpful.
