Where can i buy ultra cheap preowned golf clubs in australia?

I am 13 and my dad and i are really getting into golf, but he is a left hander and i cant use his sticks, he wont buy me some because he says if you buy them yourself then you will take better care of them so i need to find some clubs. I cant use a website because i dont have a credit card so i dont know what to do. By the way i am an australian victorian
