Where can i buy cheap warhammer 40K terrain?

That depends on where you are.  However, the cheapest I've yet seen is from Amera Plastics's Future Zone range.  These a vacuum formed and require some model-building experience to put them together effectively, but with a coat of GW's Roughcoat spray and a little brybrushing, they come up beautifully.  My club makes wide use of these and, given a hardboard base, they stand up well to the normal weekly abuse of a wargaming club and look better than you might image.
