you can buy water baloons at the toy section on those hanger things at the toy section pretty much anywhere especially Wal*Mart.

This time of year most supermarkets have them in the toy section. Also Toys R Us, Walmart, Kaybee Toys, any of those places. When I was a kid, we just used regular old round balloons. Every water faucet in the neighborhood had multi-colored layers of rubber on it from over zealous filling. Brings back memories, I haven't had a good water balloon fight in years! Not since my boys were young.
