Where can i cash coin for free?

I know about Coinstar but they carge you 5 or 9 cents a dollar. I heard alot of banks do it for free but do you have to have an account with the bank or can i just walk in and use it. I have about 200 or 250 and i am saving for a computer and i need all the cash i can get.

off the top of my head... i cant think of a "coinstar" type of appliance where you will not be charged anything to the dollar.   Your best bet is putting a little time and effort into this if you really need to cash.   go to your bank, and get some coin sleeves.  and make sleeves of quarters dimes nickels and pennies,.  or you can buy someything that can help with the tedious process of counting and stacking all that coin.
