Where can i cash my check with NO fee?!?

I'm 15 and received a check for $250. The bank written on the check is Bank Of America. Can I go to bank of america and cash it there even though i have no account there? will they charge a fee? and the only I.D i have is my school one.

You should be able to cash it with your school ID, a parents ID(they'll have to be with you) and probably your social security card. They should do it FEE free... The only major bank I know of that charges to cash their own checks is "Chase" it's $5.00.

BOA might cash it, if your school id has your picture.  Another way is to sign it and give it to one of your parents and ask them to cash it for you at their bank.
