Where can i catch a mew in pokemon emerald?

im playin pokemon emerald and i need help, my cousin and i are competing against eachother to see who gets a mew first.

Well you need a Old Sea Map which you can only get at a nintendo event sorry. the other way is to use a cheat

I'm sorry kiddo, but Mew isn't available in Pokemon Emerald.

I think you need the Old Sea Map which is acquired from a Nintendo event and might not even be available anymore, I don't know for sure. I think the only other way to catch a Mew is by using some cheat device.
