Where can i compaint for pollution in haryana?

My home town is Palwal, Distt. faridabad, state: haryana. In my town a leather factory running in a residential area. I want to put a complaint in pollution dept. but i don't find any online service where i can put my complaint if anyone know plz help me

the best thing to do is to write to a news paper.....though I doubt any action will be taken any too soon or anything will come out of it with the police and bureaucracy as bribale as it is
