Log on to KFC headquarters. com  Good luck...Let them know whats going on! We have a KFC in Westlake  Ohio, sooooooooooo dirty, such nasty cool food! A bit of money for alot of crappy food! The company will offer you a coupon for a free dinner.....Hahahha, No thanks!  Also, They inhumanely kill the chickens. We still eat at this nasty place!?--WHY?

If you complain in KFC (i.e their headoffice, website) sure thing you'll only receive stupid excuses. If your complain is really a serious matter, your destination should be DTI (Dep't of Trade & Industry). Try DTI.GOV.PH i think........
