If you have Microsoft Office on your computer, you can do it in Word.

I use microsoft publisher on my computer, it is super easy and customizable to what you are trying to do. If you don't have a computer you can use the one at your local library or if you are a college student you can use the colleges resource center.

I used Microsoft Works Word Processor (which came with the computer). It has several templates to choose from. I ended up making a VERY professional-looking flyer when I had my pet-sitting business. I did it all on my own, but then again, I like doing that kind of stuff!
