I wanted to have my own webcast where people can join and watch my cousin and i do our own web cast and to have our own website.

  2. Http://www.piczo.com is a good one, you get ratings and ranking and all that, it specialises in pictures and video being posted there and is probably the easiest to use.

    Plus theres all the facebook, myspace sites to if you want a teen audience.

It has a free online web design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourwebcast.com) for the first year. To do live streaming, you can try Justin.tv and add that to your office live site.
