Where can i customize coffee cups?

im planning to get my teacher a customized coffee cup, i want to choose the colors of the base on it and i wanna have a letter on it, does anyone know any good places where i can do that?

there are some stores that allow you to paint your own ceramics and then they kiln them for you, allowing you to get not only a custom design, but a very personalized gift.
