Where can i do a course about LPG in Melbourne, Australia?

Question

Hubby a qualified mechanic with own business. Wants to do a course to learn to install LPG on cars. Know most of it but needs the official certificate to practise. Beside's TAFE, where else. we have looked into TAFE and some courses are booked out and some are only part time (one day a fortnight).

i would ask where they install lpg tanks on cars as they may know where you can be tested and become qualified
