Where can i download a codec?

i just downloaded a movie and i cant play it unless i have a codec. any suggestions?

have to be specific there are different types of codecs for different things. if its windows media player, it should have a link to get the codec on the program.

I recommend you use DivX. it's a good program that plays almost any video.

u can use player software like real player.

that could self download require codec for your currently playing video.

if vide file have AVI extension, it's usually is DivX or Xvid, Or MPEG2

other Formats Are most usual and many of player know them.

The KM PLAYER is most powerful Media player, that could play all this formats , try to download it.

If You have MOV or RM, for first one use Quick Time Player, and second one Use Real Player.
