make an account and go to the file library , everything you download usually comes with a readme.txt that will tell you how to install the repaints, follow it carefully.

there are tons of websites out there... Just google them. As for installing repaints, you need to put the folder containing the repaint textures into your chosen aircraft's folder within C:\Program Files/Mcrosoft Games/Flight Simulator X/Sim Objects/Airplanes/(your aircraft choice) (or similar). Then you need to add a bunch of lines to your chosen aircraft's 'aircraft.cfg' (configuration file), making sure to replace the x's for texture.xx to the next number in the sequence (eg, if your chosen aircraft has a series of lines that start with "texture.05", the next texture's first line should read "texture.06")... You can find the lines to add in your repaint's read-me file that you downloaded from the internet. Hope i have helped.. if you need further instructions, feel free to email me...
