you can get them pretty much any where. It all depends on what kind of file you would like.  I'm sure all the afore mentioned sites work, but my preference is

mostly because it's in japanese with english subtitles. it's an rvmb format (realplayer) with smaller files (smaller than an .avi any way) which makes for faster downloads.
