Where can i download avg for free?

I got my laptop a year ago and now my spy-sweeper and trend anti spy-ware are asking for money to renew. How can I get free software? I heard about AVG but when I try to download it they want money.

Make sure you go to the 'free' site. It points you to download.com to download the free version of AVG.
