there is a website called http://www.ivids.us that you can search any video website from and download any video for FREE! There is also a download for a free player on the site if you need one.

Any particular horses or races you are looking for?  The Blood Horse has started posting video replays for major stakes races on their website - http://www.bloodhorse.com .  http://www.racereplays.com is a website that shows replays for several major tracks (and is a free service).  http://www.calracing.com archives video footage of racing in California.  You Tube has lots of famous races, http://www.breederscup.com has a 'time capsule' section with clips from every race, http://www.kentuckyderby.com has replays of the Derby, http://www.nyra.com has replays of New York Stakes races going back several years and historical replays of races like the Belmont and Travers.
