You can do it yourself.  Identify the item on your credit report that is incorrect.  In your letter to the credit bureau, say, "I believe that account x*x held by creditor XYZ is incorrect because....."  If you have any facts or documents as backup, include it in your letter.

Make sure you send your dispute letter via certified mail, return receipt requested and via regular mail.  I would also send it to the creditor.
