delete and re install lime wire,, if you dont have the newest version,, they just came out with it,,

also if you have the free real player, you can download 25 free songs each month,,

Download bittorrent for free from Bittorrent.com

then go to mininova.org

or a torrent search engine called torrentz

and seach for a whatever music torrents you want, it is definitely better than limewire or frostwire because they have content which contains virus's. Bittorrent also enables you to download full albums and the album art in one download.

probably you are behind in firewall, downloading in p2p is needed to open the ports.
