  1. you cant download the pixel shader 3.0 it comes built into the BIOS of the card you have to upgrade the card in order to get it


  2. hi! You can't download it. It's not a software, it's a hardware. It depends on your VideoCard. For example, I have a GeFeorce 7600 with PixelShader 3.0.

  3. Pixel shader is built into graphics cards. Different cards have different versions and each version requires a minimum Direct X version for it to be supported.
