where can i get free frames and effects for my webcam software

Well...if you want the best effects it might be worth buying a new webcam with effects built in, but i recently came across this package, and it offers effects and that sort of stuff. It might be worth it, and it's free. if you don't like it, you can always uninstall it. here's the link:
