Where can i download software which converts longitude&latitude coordinates?

The Ordnance Survey has a website where you can convert coordinates from lat-long to National Grid.  They also provide a link to a program for download to your PC.

However, the website appears to expect your lat-long to be based on the ETRS89 datum.  Don't know if the downloadable program is the same way.  GPS receivers usually use WGS84.  I don't know how much difference there is between WGS84 and ETRS89, as I work in North America.
