Well I am a big super junior fan and the place where I usually download them is from the VEOH TV program. However some of them can be an flv file which isn't really that great of quality. So to ensure quality, try signing up for a livejournal and join these communities:

The people there are really nice and if you're looking for videos just browse the "tag" sections for downloads.

You could try looking for it on Limewire.

I read a whole book on there once.

Or you could just watch it on youtube.
