Or better yet stay in Africa and try and develop the level of play and move onto the first division. Then consider moving countries, it is a huge career move, that honestly, might not be successful. But if you are set on moving, the first thing you need to do is get an agent. Look in the phonebooks or here on the internet, I'm sure you will find one. They can find a club to get you a trial at (Very likely not a very good club, but another one) and then it is up to you to impress in the trial.

it would be very difficult for you to move to the country, because of work permit issues. I would recommend you try somewhere such as U.S.A where they have soccer programs aimed at collegiate levels, that way you could obtain a student visa.
