  1. Norma's in Le Parker Meridian Hotel on West 57th Street makes the most incredible pancakes, but you have to take out a bank loan to pay for them.  Good pancakes that are affordable are at Clinton Street Baking Company, The Brooklyn Diner, Sara Beth's, and Bubby's.


  2. ooh - Cafeteria has these wonderful Citrus Ricotta Pancakes that are just so light and fluffy and delicious.

    It's located on the corner of 7th and 17th
