You can edit your pics in any number of programs including Paint, Picassa, Photoshop, Paintshop... there are also numerous online photo editors.

It's a font called "King Cool."

All you need to do is download it from

this link (dafont.com is free and..... it's safe:)

Then install it with the rest of your fonts

and you can use it in any program that

you choose.
