Where can i edit pictures..?

i need a site where i can like put things in my pictures. like hearts and stuff like that. like the kind of decorating you can do on photobucket but with more options.

I use a free online place called lunapic.com. You can do tons of stuff, so you should check it out. You just upload your picture, edit, and the save it or get the code to put on myspace.
