Where can i feed the fishes in Toronto or surroundings?

that's right, i want to feed them, not fish them out of the water.

don't ask why, just please tell me where are the fishes waiting to be fed in the GTA, if you know.

There aren't any waiting to be fed. If you read the signs, feeding fish and other wildlife are discouraged and if you're caught then you can be fined.
