Where can i file a complain?

About a school bus garage, the driver left my kids standing in the driveway. I am in New York State.

I have 10 kids and no way of getting them all to school

I called the bus garage and the dispatcher told me, his driver will never leave kids

Just call your local school district office for that area and report this to them, they do investigate all reports and nothing is swept under the run.

First, when calling the bus garage, ask the dispatcher to speak directly to the Transportation Director. If you don't feel that your issues has been taken care of, then next talk to the Superintendent (or an Assistant Super..overseeing Transportation).

The best way of dealing with it is going in that order. Don't just jump to the top. Better to deal with it local, and then take it higher if the Director doesn't do his/her job.

Only thing I want to know is...is this a common occurrence or was a one time thing? If it was a one time thing, than bring it up to the above people to make sure it doesn't happen again. Probably just a mistake-we are human :)

Other than complaining to the bus company, as you did... Complain to the school. Same thing happened to me as a child in school, and that was the only way we got results
