Where can i find $100,000 house in Northeast?

i want to buy a house in are like NY, NJ, CT, or PA. i'm looking 1 family house around $100,000...where can i find house in that price range with in these area?

well i know NJ has none--PA has them in MIlford area an poconos NY -can't touch no homes- Upstate NY in matamoris good luck been there done that !! had a 600 sq ft house in Hewitt NJ an sold for 104,000 now they want 240,ooo -also the NJ shore i look in toms river lots of luck!!

I do know of many homes in the Northeast for $100,000. Try looking into Vermont or New Hampshire............or in many parts of Pa.

You won't find anything like this in any of the urban areas, but you might if you go into some of the tiny towns in rural areas.  A few years ago I was looking at possibly moving to Alfred, NY, and there were homes around there in that price range.

In NY look in Queens area of NYC, NJ look in the South..Washington Township is a nice place, PA look in the North of Philly, CT not sure :p
