Where can i find Angel investors for my Web Project?

...One of my best ideas EVER...its going to turn to mush if i don't get the funding I need...This is a start from nothing business. Any suggestions?...I estimate in the range of $100k for development and about $85k for first year marketing (very passive marketing).

I agree, if it's a great idea investing in some advertising could be worthwhile.  If you're looking for angel investors networks/groups I've attached a collection that I'm updating. Be prepared with a solid business plan so that angel investors know what to expect.
