Most anyone familiar with Portland, Oregon (which the other answerers obviously aren't) will know that you can find strippers (some Asian, most not) at Mary's on Broadway, near the Benson Hotel.  Mary's opens at 10:30 am and closes around 1:30 am; the shows run pretty much continuously all day.  Good luck.
