where can i find a website that has a voice? like where you can type something in and the voice says it..??

Windows XP has an text to speech application built right in.

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessibility > Narrator.

There is one on.

If you have winXP there will be a program named narator

under start -> all programs -> accessories -> accessibility

ms word--->tools--->speech

you'll have to  install the speech program from microsoft in windows
