Selling, buying, exhibiting  and carrying such jeweleries is a criminal act (according to the Egyptian Law)

in my country your not allowed to take anything that is ancient or old from our ancestors i guess your gonna have to buy it from someone privet or someone that deals with stuff like that and if you do take it you'll get jailed ..sorry

Antiquities are not allowed to leave the country, so you'd have to buy from a private seller/dealer, or an auction house that periodically sells antiquities and fine jewels.  

Often the museums will have copies of pieces for sale, if you want a particular look.  I've never checked out Cairo's museum online, but I do know that the Met has wonderful things online.  

I don't blame you:  when I was at the Alexandria museum I saw such beautiful jewelry that I thought about breaking the glass cases.  All you need is a goddess dress and the jewelry, and you can be Cleopatra without that pesky asp.
