h1base.com is a great place to start.

Also, the quota for H-1's this year has been filled, so you should wait or find which other visa you fit into.

The quota was over on the very first day it was open. The law firm that handles my company h-1's filed all of them, and hopefully will be all successful.

You should be better off getting advice from a immigration consultant from US. Most of them offer free consultations. Check them out. I have Prime Law Centers, they have never failed me. Consider e-mailing them about your situation and  they might be able to help.
