Any bookshop should be able to them for you even my library stocks some and we are in a village the size of a postage stamp.

If you want a Chinese children's book try Foyles on the Charing Cross Road , Leicester Square.W.1. or go to Soho in London between Leicester Square and Tottenham court Road and there are all sorts of Chinese shops there....a China Town.  I am sure someone there will be able to help you.
