Where can i find a Culinary externship in New Zealand?

Culinary Student looking for information, I would like to be able to have room and board included. I have a 3 months extership to complete starting in jan, 09' any help or information would be great.

You could try looking at a few websites to get ideas of places to approach.

have never heard of this here actually. go to google.co.nz and look up the culinary/cooking schools and contact them for advice.  or look up all our top restaurants and contact them.
