If you want one that he's actually worn, good luck.  You can't buy officially numbered jersey's (in stores) so you'd have to buy an All Black jersey and have it numbered yourself.  There are tons of stores that do that and logo's etc.

I don't know how you can tell the difference between a Tana jersey and any #13 jersey so I assume you wan't one that was actually his... check ebay I guess but I doubt you'll find one... and like I said, how can you tell it was really his?

why would you want one?

It would be highly embarassing to be seen in all blacks shirt now.

If you did manage to find one, you would be able to tell it was his because each jersey is embroidered in black with the players name, date, who and where they were playing.  But good luck with that.
