If you do find a source for this "Blank Insurance Card", Please be sure to notify your local Law enforcement so that yourself and the provider can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.

Fake Insurance Cards are a form of insurance Fraud. Insurance Fraud is a Felony in every state and comes with a sentence of up to 20 years in Prison.

Why?  Planning on making a fake card to carry with you to 'prove' you have insurance when you don't?

It won't do you any good.  Most states have insurance information in the same data base that contains your driving record.  Get stopped and your license run, and it will show you have no insurance whether or not you have a fake card.

Then I get to tow your car.  In some states you will have your license taken away also.
