  1. a decent boat store has access to such through "land'n'sea"  or Southern Marine or any number of wholesalers.  about $200.


  2. Look for a Bimini Top in BoatUS.com or WestMarine.com and check the measurements.  You will save some money, and you can buy the Bimini Top and frame complete. Good Boating.
